Living Way Church

Our vision expresses the basics of who we are, how we do things, and where we are going. Purposes, assumptions, philosophy, values, priorities and practices all combine to formulate our vision. Understanding these aspects of our vision is important for effective growth and full release of ministry in the church. Our purpose is the fundamental aim from which all of the church's activities and goals are derived. Like the foundation of a building, the church's purpose is the underlying support upon which everything else is built.
As the body of Christ, we, together with believers throughout the world, are to continue the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ, which He proclaimed in Luke 4:18-19:

"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed to proclaim, the year of the Lord."

Here at Living Way Church we feel specifically called to glorify God by equipping His people to "change their world." We plan to do this by the grace of God in the following ways:

By encouraging men and women to grow in their relationship with Christ, resulting in an individual and corporate expression of worship that celebrates the Lord's presence in a free and open way.
By helping Gods people to discover their spiritual gifts and creating an environment where these may be developed through accountable discipleship.
By building strong marriages and families through love, honor and commitment to biblical values.
By demonstrating Christ's love, power and kingdom through ministries of healing and encouragement.
By proclaiming Christ's death and resurrection through ministries of mercy, outreach, and evangelism.
By advancing Christ's church through small groups, trained leadership, and planting new churches throughout the world.
